  • The Railyard Park Conservancy’s Sand Play Saturday has been offered the cover story of the Santa Fe New Mexican Kid’s Summer special section that comes out in May. They need a small bunch of preschoolers (or a bit older) and their friends and families to come to the Railyard Children’s Park on Saturday, March 31st at 11:00 am for the photo shoot.   • Bird Walk at Randall Davey Audubon Center. Head to the hills for a guided birding hike with experienced bird nerds. Sat, Mar. 31 from 8:30 – 10am

  • 100 Kids Who Care in Santa Fe  is this Sat. Mar. 31 from 2-3pm Studio Center (formerly Warehouse 21). Students grades 7 – 12, bring $5 to $20 ($5 = 1 vote) and support local non-profits. Together kids can make a difference too!

  • Full Moon Water Wheel Ceremony at Frenchy’s Field, Sat, Mar. 31 at 6pm – Pray for moisture, bless the waters and offer up items for blessings and in hopes of heavy rains.

  • Join dog lover Gaia Richards and dog trainer David Crosby for an hour of tips, concepts and tricks that can help you begin to truly enjoy your relationship with your dog. Bring your questions and they will help you journey towards good a relationship with your canine friend. Santa Fe Public Library LaFarge Branch Wed, Apr. 4, 6:30 – 7:30pm. Free
  • Mark you calendars for the next 100 Women Who Care Meeting, Wed. May 2 at 6 pm at the Scottish Rite Temple

Meet at the Roundhouse, State Capitol Building, 490 Old Santa Fe Trail & march to the Plaza, and end with a rally at the Plaza. Sat, Mar. 24, noon. T-shirts available at Jean Cocteau Cinema.

  • Ongoing project by a coalition of equestrians, hikers, runners and search and rescue groups to map New Mexico’s San Pedro Parks Wilderness, a beautiful area two hours northwest of Santa Fe. Meeting is at Pecos Trail Cafe,2239 Old Pecos Trai, Wed, Mar. 28 at 7:00pm
  • 100 Kids Who Care in Santa Fe is looking student liaisons at each of the high schools in Santa Fe to help build the group by announcing the meetings, putting up flyers and encouraging fellow students to attend. There are only 2 meetings left for this school year: Sat. Mar. 31 and Sat. Apr. 21. If you know of a student who would be interested in being a part of the founding board and representing their school, please contact Coco Randolph. FYI  For the meetings kids bring $5 to $20 ($5 = 1 vote) and support local non-profits. Together kids can make a difference too!

Thank you members for being a part of this wonderful group! We together are truly making a difference in Santa Fe.
