Zia-Singers-Winter-Concert-2018

 

The Zia Singers, under the Artistic Direction of Aaron Howe, present A Storm is Coming Through. A concert of choral music that explores the thrill and excitement that a storm brings, but also the dread that it instills, and the devastation that it causes. Come and experience the awesome power and the terrible beauty of the storm through the emotionally expressive voices of The Zia Singers. Jan, 12th at 7:00PM, Jan. 13th & 14th at 3:00PM at the Immaculate Heart of Mary Chapel.  For more information and ticket sales, click here.

  • Memoir Writing Group with Sara Eyestone Thursdays at La Posada Santa Resort & Spa. The writing group is free and the parking is free (with a tip to the valet). Arrive at 8:45am and help yourself to complimentary coffee in the lobby. The group begins promptly at 9am. Email Sara for more information.
  • Mayoral Candidate Forum Thurs. Jan. 18 at 6pm at The Lensic. The Santa Fe New Mexican sponsors a forum for mayoral candidates in which candidates are asked audience questions about important issues in Santa Fe.
  • Stand Up~Show up~ Speak Up: Santa Fe Women’s March, Sun. Jan. 21 begins at noon at the Roundhouse & ends at the Plaza at 1pm. Poster party on Jan. 20 from 2-4pm at 1420 Cerrillos Rd.   • RSVP for the next Santa Fe Women2Women Luncheon. Wed. Jan. 24. We’ll meet at Cowgirl restaurant at noon and our guest speaker this time will be Heloise Jones, local author & writing coach. Come with ideas, stories to share and leave with new friends and perhaps new clients. $25 at the door.
