• Canyon Road Paint Out, Sat. Oct. 21 – Join more than 100 Santa Fe’s artists for the 10th annual event in which they set up their easels outside and chat with passersby as they create great works of art. Don’t miss the lunchtime parade. 10 am – 5 pm.
• Archaeologist and anthropologist Benjamin A Bellorado discusses the human history of the area around the embattled Bears Ears National Monument in Utah.
