  • The Santa Fe Chapter of the Awesome Foundation is accepting applications for a $1,000 micro-grant that will be awarded to invest in a local project that aims to make Santa Fe a better place to live, work, and play. The grant is open to individuals and groups with no prerequisites. Applications are due by August 4, 2017, with the grant to be awarded in September.   • SHAKE IT UP Golf Tournament and Social with Silent Auction, Fri., Aug. 11.  Rock Steady Boxing Santa Fe is sponsoring the event to benefit the NM Parkinson’s Coalition, the only non-profit in New Mexico that serves the needs of people with Parkinson’s Disease and their families through support, resources, education and advocacy.
