Cool Pick of the Week:

Film Festival: The short film Seagull, by 2 Cats Productions was selected to show at the Albuquerque Film & Music Experience on Saturday, June 10 at 4PM in the “Women Who Rock” screening at the South Broadway Cultural Center. Writer, Director & Producers Catherine Fridey and Catharine Pilafas, of 2 Cats Productions, spoke at our SFW2W Luncheon in March. They will be touring with Seagull to several European Film Festivals this fall. These two talented and fearless women could use some support. Want to pitch in & help cover their hotel in Edinburgh? Or chip in to pay for their train tickets to Leeds?  Any amount of donation will help. Email me and I’ll put you in touch. • Free Little Library is Stocked: Santa Fe Literacy Volunteer Layne Vickers Smith thanks  SFW2W for stocking the new Free Little Library at Pasatiempo Senior Center.  Inventory is now stable & no more books are needed in the near future.
• Need Help Around the Yard or With Your Tech Stuff? My sweet son Wyatt (home from college for just a week, now thru June 14, before he leaves for India) is looking to make a little extra $ for his trip. He’s a hard worker. Movie Review: Piuma

Young love and the consequences of un-protected sex make up the story line for this sweet indie Italian film entitled Piuma, which means feather in English. Piuma was the closing film during the CineFesta Italia festival in Santa Fe this June. A roller coaster of emotions occurs between the two young lovers as they try to comprehend just how this unplanned pregnancy will affect their lives and the lives of their dysfunctional parents.

Book a Mystic Science Reading with Sharon Jeffers. Sharon is known for her amazing accuracy with this mystic science, which is more personally accurate than astrology & numerology, & embodies both of those sciences within it as well.
